Requirements
• Excellent track record of performance in a leading events centre, hotel, entertainment or hospitality business.
• A first degree and preferably, an MBA would be an added advantage
• The General Manager must have strong industry contacts, be innovative and analytical and should not be more than 45 years old.
• Other positions do not require people more than 35 years old.
B. Operations Group
I. General Manager, Operations (Ref. B1)
II. Food & Beverages Manager (Ref. B2)

Requirements
Applicants for managerial positions (B1 to B4) should have:
• Minimum qualification of BSc/HND, preferably in Hotel and Catering Management
• At least 5 years experience in a top-flight comparable institution
• The Maintenance Engineer should have at least a BSc/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• At least 2 years practical experience.
• For all other positions, minimum qualification of OND is required plus good personality and good communication skills.
• Apart from the general manager who may be up to 45 years old, other applicants should be less than 35 years old.

The GM, Finance & Admin should have minimum qualification of BSc/HND
• Higher professional qualification e.g ACA or MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years cognate experience
• Working experience with accounting software such as sage pastel
• Applicant should be less than 45 years of age
Applicants for other managerial positions (C2 to C4) should possess:
• Minimum qualification of BSc/HND and the requisite professional qualifications
• At least 3 years cognate experience.
For positions C5 to C9
• Minimum qualification of OND
• At least 2 years cognate experience
For positions C10 to C12
• GCE O’ levels
• At least 2 years working experience
