POSITION: Gender Office
Requirements
• A degree in Sociology Rural Development, Communication Sciences or any other related field
• Working knowledge of computer applications is an added advantage
• At least 5 years working experience of which 2 must have been spent working on Gender related issues
• Experience working in donor funded projects, especially in Africa will be an added advantage
Location: Abuja, Nigeria but with extensive supervision responsibilities in all the participating States.
POSITION: Assistant Programme Coordinators
Requirements
• At least a first degree in Agric. Economics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, banking or any other related field
• An advanced degree will be an advantage.
• At least 6years of applicable professional qualification experience of which at least 2 years will be at senior management level preferably with multilateral financed project; demonstrated skills in organizational and project management; sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and gender differences, and proven skill in organizing and facilitating demand driven monitoring and evaluation
Location: To be based in the programme office at the zonal level but with responsibility for extensive supervision of implementation
POSITION: Chief Technical Adviser
Requirements
• Minimum educational qualification of Economics, Administration, Finance and Account
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good experience in project accounting, disbursements and procurement procedures in projects financed by multilateral financiers
• At least 10yrs of applicable professional experience in microfinance, banking and related field of 3 years in managerial level
Location: Abuja but extensive travels across participating states.
Duration: 18 months only.
