Job Title: Technical Manager (Ref: ITEM)
Requirements
• Have a good first degree/HND in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or any business related discipline.
• Possession of a recognized professional certificate in Insurance/Actuarial Science i.e. ACII, AIIN, AIA etc, an MBA or other higher degree will be an added advantage.
• Have at least 8 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position in insurance or a related job function
• Have a sound knowledge of Insurance industry and environmental issues
• Exhibit a high degree of interpersonal skills and relate well with people
• Have strong computer skills
• A knack for identifying business opportunities and follow through
• Display a high level of personal effectiveness
• Strong leadership skills and decision making ability
Job Title: Channels Manager (Ref: ICM)
Requirements
• Have a good first degree/HND in any discipline (possession of an MBA or professional qualification will be an added advantage)
• At least 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position in Insurance or a related job function
• Sound knowledge of the market and environmental issues
• Exhibit a high degree of interpersonal skills and relate well with people
• Have a knack for identifying business opportunities and follow through
• Display a high level of personal effectiveness.
• Strong leadership, decision making ability, cognitive capacity, visioning, creativity, organisational awareness, self confidence, and action management skills.
Job Title: Personal Assistant To The MD/CE (Ref: IPA)
Requirements
• HND/B.Sc in any discipline but applicable to advertised position with a minimum of second class upper.
• Have at least 5 years relevant experience
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, friendly and assertive
• Excellent communication (written & oral), good writing and reporting skills
• Customer-centric
• General computer appreciation

Job Title: Finance Manager (Ref: IFM)
Requirements
• Have a first degree/HND preferably in a numerate discipline or Accounting related discipline.
• Professional qualification, MSc or MBA in related field will be an added advantage.
• Have at least 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position in a related job function
• Be highly numerate, analytical and computer literate
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance market and environmental issues

Job Title: Human Resources/Admin Manager (Ref: IHRM)
Requirements
• Have a first degree/HND preferably in the Humanities/Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACIPMN, MSc or MBA in related field will be an added advantage.
• At least 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position in a related job function
• Be self-solution driven, proactive and have a visionary mind.
• Have counseling, coaching, learning and development skills
• Be computer literate

Job Title: Information Technology Manager (Ref: IIT)
Requirements
• Knowledge of Insurance operations, policies and procedures
• General appreciation of varying telecoms/network technologies
• Business Management/Project management concepts and techniques
• Have a good knowledge of software development life cycle methodology techniques.
• First degree/HND preferably in a numerate discipline or computer related discipline
• Professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Training Manager (Ref: ITRM)

• Understand the Companies and Allied Regulations and Acts
