Job Title: Programme Officer
Requirements
•    University degree in Social, Natural or Environmental Sciences or Communications
•    Minimum of 5 years work experience
•    Project Management experience on multi-stake holder projects including consultant selection, contract monitoring and control; reporting against targets and objective. Communications training and multi-year work experience in communications
•    Knowledge of and experience with community based development
•    Extensive experience in computer and internet use for networking, reporting, learning and communicating; knowledge of website management and
•    Knowledge of climate change adaptation and natural resources management issues, and policy development processes is a distinct advantage
