JOB TITLE: CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER – CTO (C2090)
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to handle well the responsibility for directing the overall strategy, design and planning of the company’s fibre optics, copper, access and VSAT network installation and maintenance activities
• Ability to provide quality leadership and direction to the Heads of company’s core operational functions in carrying out their responsibilities
• Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Electrical Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
• Relevant professional certification or post graduate degree will be an added advantage
• Ten (10) years relevant experience of which at least three to four (3 to 4) must have been at management level in a telecommunications related field
• Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry as well as the inherent business opportunities
• Excellent entrepreneurial abilities balanced with appropriate interpersonal and networking abilities
JOB TITLE: HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to facilitate the realization of the organization’s corporate strategy through the design and implementation of effective Human Resource, Management policies, procedures and process
• Ability to coordinate administrative activities within the organization and ensure efficient and effective service delivery organization-wide
• Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably social sciences or administration
• Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. Chartered institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)
• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience of which at least three (3) must have been at a supervisory/managerial level
• Conversant with the telecommunications industry and business model
• Experiential knowledge of leading human resource management strategies and practices
JOB TITLE: SATELITE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to handle well the responsibility of planning, coordinating and supervising and the installation and maintenance of satellite links to support the provision of voice and data transmission services to the organization’s clients
• A first degree or its equivalent in an Engineering/Electronics, Telecommunications or Civil discipline
• M.Sc. in Telecommunications or its equivalent will be an advantage
• Five to eight (5 – 
years relevant experience of which at least three (3) must have been at management level in a telecommunications company or a telecommunications consulting firm
