•    Managing financial systems to ensure compliance with international accounting standards (inclusive of internal and external auditing)<br />
•    Budgeting for large and complex projects and developing accurate financial reports to donors<br />

<p>Requirements<br />
•    Degree in education, communication science, Agric Economics, Economics, Rural Sociology, any other related discipline.<br />
•    At least 8 years working experience  as a professional in a related field 3 of which must be in a management position<br />
•    Prior experience with micro-finance NGOs, relevant training institutions, and donor funded projects dealing with related matters will be an added advantage<br />
•    Proven skill in organizing and facilitating demand-driven training and learning exchanges, knowledge of experiential capacity building and sensitivity</p>
<p>Location: To be based in project office in Abuja, Nigeria but with extensive field supervision work covering all the participating States.</p>
<p>POSITION: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer<br />
Requirements<br />
•    A degree in Statistics, Agric Economics, Economics or any other related field<br />
•    Knowledge of computer applications<br />
•    At least 8 years work experience of which 3 years must be in areas related to project activities<br />
•    Proven skills in planning and executing monitoring/evaluation processes; sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and gender differences<br />
•    Experience in Africa, and working in similar donor funded project will be an advantage.</p>
<p>Location: Based in project office, Abuja, Nigeria but will carry-out extensive supervision of field offices in the participating states.</p>
