Getting a job for me seemed for a long time to be an uncrossable hurdle after my youth service. I applied several times to several organisations but all seemed like efforts in futility until I came across Generis Solutions recruitment arm - Recruitpath.

Recruitpath secured for me a job as a Business Development Executive with Crusader Pensions Nigeria Ltd after training. I became the representative for the organisation in Nigeria in Ilorin, Kwara state and worked successfully till I got an interview opportunity with IBTC Bank.

I got my first and present job as the HR Manager of Mopheth Pharmacy, one of the leading community pharmacies in Nigeria with head ffice on Victoria Island and branches around the Lagos metropolis; all thanks to recruitpath(the recruiting arm) of Generis Solutions. I finished my NYSC and started looking for a job. I came in contact with recruitpath through a friend. I submitted my CV and was told it was lacking on presentation. It was remodelled for me for free, my remodelled CV then had in it, leadership roles i had taken part in at different stages of my academic and informal life; skills, functionalities and strengths i had and failed to capture before. My CV wore a totally new look!

After series of pre-interview sessions with recruitpath, which included questions that were in line with the role i was going to be interviewed for; i also had a series of interviews at Mopheth Pharmacy. Eventually, i got the job as the HR Manager of the company. I've been working in the organization for almost two years now and it's been a thoroughly rewarding experience for me. My career took off on a very good note and i'm grateful to recruitpath for helping me see my abilities in the right light.

I waited at home for several months after my NYSC trying to get a job, an opportunity to add value to an organization using my skills and talents and which will be in the line of my strengths and passion.
